Artist Lineup
- 7-Piece Band: Full ensemble featuring Male and Female Lead Vocals, Saxophonist, Keyboardist, Drummer, Lead Guitarist, and Bassist.
- Technical Support: Includes 1 dedicated Sound Engineer to manage audio console and mix balance.

- Duration: 90 minutes of continuous performance without breaks.
- Genre Style: High-energy curation of Bollywood dance numbers and Western Retro/Pop hits.
- Format: Designed as a peak-hour party set to drive crowd interaction and dancing.
Logistics & Scope
- Included: Musicians' personal instruments (guitars, sax, keys) and local travel within Mumbai.
- Client Requirements: Stage, sound system (PA speakers), lighting, and heavy backline (drum shells/amps) must be provided by the client's AV vendor.

Performance Structure
- Total Duration: Up to 150 minutes of live music split across the evening.
- Set 1 (Dinner): 45 minutes of ambient pop, retro classics, and saxophone instrumentals for networking.
- Set 2 (Party): 75 to 90 minutes of high-tempo Bollywood and Rock fusion for the event finale.
Ceremony Integration
- Live Cues: Band plays short instrumental snippets (stings) for award winner walk-ups.
- Coordination: Includes prior rehearsal for award flow and collaboration with the event Emcee.
- Production Sync: Band coordinates musical peaks to match client-provided visual effects (e.g., CO2 jets, cold pyro).
Team & Logistics
- Lineup: Full 7-Piece Band plus 1 Dedicated Sound Engineer.
- Logistics: Includes all local transport and crew logistics within Mumbai.
- Note: PA system and lighting hardware are excluded and remain the client's responsibility.

What We Bring
We aren't your usual background music. I make sure the event feels less like a meeting, more like a concert. Think high-energy, interactive live band performance that gets folks off their chairs, singing along, or even dancing if they're feeling gutsy. The vibe is electric from start to finish.
Our Sound
We mix up rock, pop, retro, and Bollywood - all in one night. Sometimes it's U2, sometimes a Bollywood mashup. I’ve seen people from different generations grooving together, which is honestly the best part. If you want a Bollywood and retro fusion band that doesn’t stick to one genre, that’s kind of our thing.
Who’s on Stage
It's a 7-piece setup: two lead singers (male and female), guitars, keyboards, bass, drums, and a sax for that extra punch. We travel across India, so location isn't a problem.

We’ve played for Infosys, Budweiser India, Embassy, RR Decor, and a bunch of others. I always show up with a solid crew - including our own sound engineer. We set up, we play, we keep it professional so you can focus on your guests.

My Story
We’re The Bombay Coalition, and trust us, it’s been one mad ride. Started off as college friends, now we’re this big, noisy family. Mikhail runs the show on stage, Shanelle off it, Leander’s our gear mule, and Aryaman’s always with his ‘Alright!’ We’ve gone through firsts, fails, and wild nights, but nothing beats playing with your besties. 2023 was crazy, 2024 will be crazier. Come catch the vibe, we promise it’s always real.
