Before we even cut the fabric, I do a proper health check on your saree. Vintage silk and zari can get brittle over time, so I assess the weave strength first. If the fabric is too delicate for a structured gown, we can pivot to a flowy silhouette or use the border for a dupatta so your heirloom lasts another 20 years.

The Process

We start with a feasibility check. I inspect your fabric for age, strength, and drape quality. This is non-negotiable because I want the outfit to last. Once we clear the fabric, we move to the fun part: pattern re-engineering. We can turn a 6-yard drape into a modern gown, a trendy co-ord set, or a ready-to-wear saree skirt that you can just slip on and zip up.
