Design & Consultation
- Session: Personal consultation to sketch designs or replicate celebrity looks.
- Fabric: Selection from inventory including Micro Velvet, Raw Silk, Organza, or Georgette.
- Customization: Choice of color palette, blouse cut, and skirt flair styles (Kali or Umbrella).
Outfit Construction
- The Skirt: Standard 4 to 6-meter flair with Double Can-Can (hard net) layers for ballgown volume.
- The Blouse: Made-to-measure with padded cups, fancy tassels (latkans), and back dori.
- The Dupatta: Primary Net or Organza dupatta with 3-4 inch heavy border work and scattered motifs.
- Workmanship: Mix of base density computer embroidery and hand-embellished finishes (Sequins, Zardosi, Cut-dana, Mirror work).

- Fittings: Minimum 2 trial sessions (Raw fit and Final fit).
- Timeline: 20 to 45 days production time based on embroidery density.
Custom Cocktail Gowns & Indo-Western Couture
Style & Structure
- Silhouettes: Ball Gowns, Mermaid cuts with trail, or draped Indo-Western sarees.
- Fabrication: Satin, Imported Crushed Georgette, or Tulle (Net).
- Support: Bodice includes flexible boning for shape retention and built-in bra cups.
- Hemline: Horsehair braid (crinoline tape) applied to maintain ruffle waves.
Embellishment
- Details: 3D Applique flowers, laser-cut butterfly motifs, or Swarovski-type crystal pasting.

- Feasibility: Inspection of vintage fabric strength before cutting.
- Mapping: Strategic placement of original borders and pallu into new silhouettes (Gowns, Co-ord sets).

- TBC Provides: High-quality lining (Cotton/Shantoon), canvas for stiffening, zips, and buttons.
- Pattern Making: Complex conversion of 6-yard drapes into structured garments.
- Restoration: Minor repair of loose threads or sequins on original fabric if needed.
Refinement
- Modernization: Addition of belts, zippers, or tulle underlayers.
- Fittings: 1-2 trial sessions for the new structural fit.
