When you cannot decide on just one flavour, my bite-sized minis are the answer. These 100% eggless cupcakes come in curated boxes of 6 or 12, packed with a mix of my signature ganache-topped recipes.

To give you an idea of their size, here is one of my bite-sized mini cupcakes held in my hand. They are perfectly portioned for a small treat or for sampling multiple flavours without feeling too full.
A delicious cross-section of the Salted Caramel Delight mini. This vanilla cupcake has a rich salted caramel filling and is topped with white chocolate ganache.
A look inside the Kesar Badam Pista mini, an Indian-inspired flavour. This saffron-infused cupcake is filled with almond-cardamom butter and topped with white chocolate ganache and pistachios.
For the ultimate chocolate lover, this is my Dark Chocolate Caramel mini. It features a moist chocolate cupcake, a salted caramel filling, and a rich dark chocolate ganache on top.
This is the Nutty Chocolatey mini, which has a chocolate cupcake base, a nutty dark chocolate filling, and is finished with a roasted nutty chocolate ganache for extra crunch and flavour.
About TBC Minis: Bite-Sized Assorted Cupcakes
My minis are designed so you never have to pick just one flavour. Since I use premium ganache instead of standard whipped cream, they stay stable and moist for hours, which makes them ideal for office parties or gifting where you need something that stays perfect from pickup to the first bite.
I bake these in boxes of 6 or 12 specifically for those moments when you want variety without the commitment of a full-sized cake. You get a mix of my signature profiles, like the Salted Caramel Delight with its liquid center, or the Kesar Badam Pista that brings a touch of luxury to the cupcake base. Because I use ganache rather than light buttercream, the structure is solid and the flavour is deep.
Every batch is 100% eggless and made to order. Since I do not keep stock ready, I need a minimum of 48 hours to get your ingredients prepped and your ganache set. If you are picking these up for an event, they travel well in my branded clamshell boxes, keeping the toppings intact even if you have a bit of a drive across Bangalore.
The Kesar Badam Pista is a crowd-favourite for a reason—it is saffron-infused and finished with white chocolate ganache.
