When you need a cake that stops the room. From kinetic princess castles to hyper-realistic Vada Pav replicas, these are the showstoppers I create for Mumbai's biggest celebrations.

This hyper-realistic Vada Pav cake is one of my signature creations, first introduced in Mumbai. Every element, from the fluffy pav and spicy filling to the edible newspaper it's served on, is 100% cake, designed to give you that "is it real or is it cake?" moment.

A fairytale brought to life. This multi-tiered princess castle cake features intricate, hand-sculpted details and kinetic butterfly wings that appear to flutter, creating a truly magical centerpiece for a grand celebration.

For the sneakerheads, I crafted this life-sized Nike sneaker cake, complete with its own edible shoebox. The level of detail in the stitching, laces, and textures makes it almost indistinguishable from the real thing.

This realistic Eicher truck cake was a special project to honour a business owner. I recreated the vehicle with precise detail, from the company logo and license plate down to the texture of the tires, all in edible form.

Another one of my Mumbai-special food illusion cakes. This entire Misal Pav platter, including the spicy 'tarri', farsan, and even the pav buns on the side, is a completely edible chocolate cake.

A slice of luxury you can actually eat. This 3D sculpted cake is a detailed replica of a classic Louis Vuitton handbag, perfect for the fashion lover who appreciates edible artistry.

From my bakery to the party, this video shows the journey of a grand, rotating princess castle cake. I handle delivery and setup for large-scale cakes across Mumbai and even out to locations like Lonavala to ensure they arrive perfectly.

Nothing makes me happier than a delighted client. This video features a custom Starbucks-themed cake I created, along with a heartwarming reaction from the customer who loved the realistic design.

About Featured

These pieces are technically demanding. Whether I am carving a cake into a realistic Vada Pav or engineering a rotating princess castle with LED lights, the process requires structural work with dowels or internal motors. Since I need to plan the engineering before the sponge even goes into the oven, I recommend booking at least two weeks before your event to ensure I can give your design the time it needs.
