You get them fresh, never frozen, which makes all the difference when you're looking for that perfect, comforting bite.
When I started The Baked Heaven, I wanted to move beyond the usual desserts. I love experimenting with flavours that feel like home. My desi fusion chocolates, like the Paan Delight and Rasmalai Pistachio, are my way of bringing those traditional Indian favourites into a modern, bite-sized chocolate format. They make for the perfect gift during Diwali or just a little something to brighten up a long week.
Everything I bake is 100% eggless. My brownie boxes are a labour of love, aiming for that specific hybrid texture that is fudgy on the inside and slightly cakey on the edges. If you're looking for something plant-based, I do have vegan brownie options that are just as rich and decadent as the original. Because I run this from my home kitchen in New Colony, I keep my batches small and fresh. This is exactly why I ask for a 3-day lead time. It allows me to prepare everything from scratch, ensuring that when you open your box, it smells and tastes like it just came out of my oven.
