About My Baking Journey & Tips
Struggling with ganache? My go-to method is super simple and works every time: use 150g of good quality chocolate, 30g of butter, and 120g of fresh cream. Just melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth, whisk in the fresh cream, and you will have a glossy, perfect finish that I use on almost every cake I make.
Baking isn't just a business for me, it's a huge part of my life. It started with just posting pictures of my bakes and a single DM that changed everything. Since then, I have been running The Baked Heaven from my home in Gurgaon, making 100% eggless desserts for anyone who needs a little sweetness in their day.
The Journey
From my very first pop-up stall at a college fest, where I had to balance exams with baking, to finally getting my dream stand mixer, it has been a wild ride. I believe in total transparency, which is why I love sharing things like my signature butterscotch sauce recipe. It is a simple mix of brown sugar, butter, and cream, but it has been a staple in my bakery for five years for a reason.
Why Eggless?
Everything I bake is 100% eggless, but I never compromise on that rich, fudgy texture. Whether it is a themed cake for a birthday or a box of assorted chocolates for a festival, I make sure it is made from scratch. I am big on experimentation too, so if you want something a little hatke (different), I am always down to try new flavour combos.
