About Strength & Conditioning for Dancers
Most gym routines focus on bulk, but dancers need mobility, joint stability, and explosive control. We brought in a CSCS-certified specialist to design drills that specifically mirror the biomechanical demands of jazz, ballet, and hip hop, ensuring you build functional power without losing the flexibility you have worked so hard to maintain.

You can join these sessions at either of our studio locations in Sushant Lok Phase 1 or Palam Vihar.
