The Palam Vihar studio is a 1,600-square-foot space designed specifically for the rigors of dance. It features professional-grade flooring that supports high-impact work, which is essential for training in ballet, hip-hop, and jazz without straining your joints. Whether you are prepping for our ABUNDANCE showcase or just starting your fitness journey, the floor and mirrors here are set up to give you the feedback you need to improve.

We don't call this a studio because, for us, it's a laboratory. When I started The Backyard Groovers eleven years ago, I wanted a place where the focus wasn't just on the mirror or the perfect step, but on the process of learning. That's why our spaces in Sushant Lok and Palam Vihar are built with a specific purpose.
