Featured Maternity and Newborn Photography in Thane
A collection of my favorite moments, from elegant, traditional 'Maatrutva' portraits to raw, honest black and white captures. Everything happens in my dedicated Thane studio, where I handle the props, styling, and lighting so you can focus on the glow.
This is one of my signature styles, using flowing white fabric to create a dramatic, flower-like effect. It’s a powerful way to create an artistic and ethereal solo maternity portrait that celebrates the beauty of your pregnancy.
I love creating timeless family portraits that honor our culture. Here, the entire family comes together in traditional attire for a regal and warm maternity photo, celebrating the new life that will soon join them.

Family maternity sessions are full of joy and real moments. This shot captures the excitement of a big brother-to-be, celebrating the growing family in a relaxed, fun studio setting with casual matching outfits.
The journey doesn't end with the bump. This tender moment between a father and his newborn is what it's all about. I focus on capturing these first precious connections in a simple, heartfelt way.
For those who love a touch of fairytale magic, I offer styled sessions with beautiful maternity gowns like this teal one. The floral backdrop and soft lighting create a dreamy, romantic portrait for the mom-to-be.
This video gives you a glimpse into a traditional 'Maatrutva' maternity shoot. It shows the variety of poses and setups we can achieve, from solo portraits with cultural props to beautiful moments with family.
If you prefer a more natural, earthy vibe, my boho-themed setup is perfect. Using rattan furniture, pampas grass, and soft fabrics, I create a warm and serene atmosphere for relaxed couple and solo portraits.
About Featured
Everything happens in my Kalwa, Thane studio, which I have designed to be a quiet, controlled space for you to relax. Whether we are styling a traditional Maatrutva shoot with brass props or creating a clean, minimalist portrait, I handle the gown selection, fabric tosses, and lighting, so you just need to arrive ready to document this time.
My approach to photography is based on simplicity and variety. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all, which is why I offer everything from quick, focused studio sessions to long-form premium experiences that include professional makeup and multiple outfit changes.
For my maternity clients, the 'Maatrutva' theme is a local favorite. We use traditional sarees, brass diyas, and authentic cultural props to create portraits that feel timeless. If you prefer a more modern aesthetic, I have a collection of flowing maternity gowns and can set up minimalist or boho-themed corners in the studio.
The most important piece of advice I give to parents is to plan ahead. I firmly recommend scheduling your newborn shoot for when your baby is 5 to 15 days old. This is the window where they are naturally curly and deeply sleepy, allowing me to capture those delicate, peaceful poses safely and comfortably.
All sessions are held at my studio in Kalwa, Thane. Because I want you to feel at ease, I take care of the heavy lifting, from wardrobe help to fabric posing assistance. My goal is to capture the quiet, honest moments of your journey, whether that is the anticipation of a first-time parent or the joy of a growing family.
