About Summer Camps & Seasonal Workshops
We keep our seasonal batches small, usually 6 to 10 students, to ensure your child gets actual guidance rather than just a place to sit. Whether it is a 5-day intensive summer camp or a holiday session, our focus is always on creating a physical, finished piece like a bound book or a custom lamp that they are proud to take home.
Our studio in Nirvana, Sector 50, transforms during school breaks and festive seasons. We move away from generic arts and crafts, choosing instead to dive into specific techniques that challenge and engage young minds.
During our 5-day summer camps, we break down complex art history into digestible projects. One day might involve recreating a Claes Oldenburg-inspired food sculpture, while the next focuses on the patience required for bookbinding or printmaking using our studio press. This structured approach means students leave with more than just a memory. They walk away with a portfolio-quality project—a finished canvas, a functional clay piece, or a hand-stitched artist's book.
For festivals like Diwali, Christmas, and Halloween, we run short, immersive sessions. Instead of just painting, we teach students how to construct light-up lanterns using specialized films or build wreathes from scratch. It is about understanding the 'how' and 'why' behind the decorations. We provide all professional-grade supplies, including acrylics, stoneware clay, and high-quality drawing paper, so you do not need to worry about the logistics.
Whether you are looking for a weekend art escape or an intensive program to build a portfolio, our workshops are designed to be a collaborative experience. We treat our students like young artists, giving them the same respect and guidance we would offer an adult beginner. This environment encourages them to take risks, make mistakes, and, most importantly, enjoy the messy process of making art.
The Art Room
We are a team of educators who believe art is about the process, not just the result. We run The Art Room in Nirvana to give students of all ages a place where they can escape the screen and dive into the messy, tactile joy of making things by hand.
