- Signage: 1 Rental Neon sign with generic text (e.g., "Happy Birthday", "Oh Baby").
- Props: 2-3 floor items like wire lanterns or small sunboard cutouts.

- Florals: 3-4 bunches of artificial roses or hydrangeas tucked into balloons (no fresh flowers).
