This is me, Charu, the heart behind The Dolce Baker. At 55, I turned my passion for baking into a business, and I love creating healthy, tasty, and presentable desserts for all of you.

I don't use industrial machinery or shortcuts—every tart, cookie, and chocolate you see is handmade in my kitchen. Because I bake everything fresh and strictly follow Jain dietary standards, my slots fill up quite fast.
