You will notice we don't use mats just as a safety net; we use them to build the confidence needed for complex aerial maneuvers. From the Aerial Cube to fundamental floor gymnastics, these drills are designed to create the core strength required for elite dance. It is tough work, and yes, we often keep the discipline strict with our mandatory health routines, but the results speak for themselves in our students' posture and control.
