Our BEGIN workshops are strictly for non-dancers—we focus on 120-minute sessions that break down basics in a low-pressure, judgment-free environment so you can just show up, try, and find your rhythm.

At TDD, we know the biggest hurdle is not the footwork, it is the fear of walking into a room where everyone else seems to get it. That is why our BEGIN sessions are built differently. Every month, we rotate styles to keep things fresh and accessible. You will go through a proper warm-up, focus on body isolations, and work on a simple, fun routine that helps you understand the music rather than just memorizing moves.

Whether you are visiting our Noida, Indirapuram, or South Delhi studios, the atmosphere is identical: high encouragement and zero judgment. We do not film these sessions for viral success, we do them for your personal growth. Once you are comfortable with the basics here, you will naturally find your footing for our more specialized choreography or intensive workshops. Do not worry about being a dancer yet, just come as you are. We have instructors across all our NCR locations—from Noida Sector 75 to Saket—who are there to mentor you, not critique you.
