A classic choice for any celebration, this is my half-kilo Dutch Truffle anniversary cake. It's covered in rich chocolate ganache, piped chocolate rosettes, and chocolate chips for the ultimate chocolate lover.
My take on the timeless Black Forest cake. This half-kilo cake is decorated with a chocolate cage, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and of course, bright red cherries.

Every cake I bake is 100% vegetarian and eggless, prepared fresh on the day of your event. I use high-quality whipped cream and real chocolate ganache, never pre-made mixes, so you get that perfect homemade taste in every single slice.
I started 'The Cake Fairytales' because I believe in the magic of a cake baked with intention. For these 'Simply Delicious' designs, I focus on the basics done perfectly—flavours that everyone loves, executed with care.
My Approach to Flavours
Whether you are a chocolate lover or prefer something lighter, I have a few favourites that I always recommend. My Dutch Truffle is rich and decadent, perfect for those who want a deep chocolate experience. If you prefer something lighter, my Mix Fruit or classic Black Forest are wonderful choices. Because I bake from home, I can control the quality of every ingredient, from the whipped cream to the chocolate shavings.
Freshly Baked, Never Factory-Made
Everything is made to order. You won't find cakes sitting on a shelf here. When you place an order, I start the process fresh. This means you get a moist, soft sponge every time, regardless of whether you choose a simple rosette design or a modern drip finish.

Even with my simpler, classic designs, I love to add personal touches. If you have a specific message for a birthday or anniversary, I can hand-pipe it on the board or the cake itself.
