This 3.5kg, three-tiered jungle safari cake was a joy to create for a 5th birthday. It's a Chocolate Truffle cake decorated with many handmade fondant animals like pandas, giraffes, and lions to bring the wild theme to life.
For a true "birthday king," I made this grand 2.5kg chocolate truffle cake. It features a rich, dark quilted design with gold accents and is topped with a large, jewel-studded crown for a royal celebration.
I love adding a surprise to your celebrations. This is my special money pulling cake, a Red Velvet cake where the birthday person can pull out a string of cash for a truly memorable "wow" moment.
For the K-Pop fans, here is a Mix Fruit cake I designed with a BTS theme. It's decorated in the signature purple and pink, with custom toppers featuring the band's logo and member photos for a true ARMY celebration.
This foodie-themed cake is perfect for someone who loves to eat. I decorated this chocolate truffle cake with tiny, handmade fondant versions of their favorite foods, including mini burgers, pizza, and even Indian street food.

Whether it is a jungle safari theme with handmade fondant animals or a K-Pop inspired design, I focus on the small details that make a cake unique. For my 3kg multi-tier cakes, I use internal wooden dowels and cake boards to ensure they do not lean or collapse during transport.
I also love doing the fun stuff, like money-pulling cakes, which are always a hit for surprises. Because I do not believe in pre-baked sponges, everything is baked fresh to order.
