Traditional Seemantham Decoration Services
We turn your Seemantham into a serene, temple-like sanctuary. Using fresh jasmine, tuberose, and heritage brassware, we create a sacred space that feels deeply personal, fragrant, and entirely plastic-free.

About Traditional Seemantham (Baby Showers)
We do not just hang flowers, we focus on the scent and the sanctity of the ritual. When we set up for a Seemantham, we prioritize layering, using heavy strings of fresh mogra and tuberose that physically lower the ceiling space to create an intimate, temple-like sanctuary where you can hear the prayers, not just see the decor.
For us, a Seemantham is not just an event, it is a spiritual transition that deserves a thoughtful environment. We move away from the flashy, plastic-heavy decor often seen today, opting instead for organic, living elements that age beautifully throughout the day.
Our Design Approach
We believe the decor should honor the tradition, not distract from it. Our signature look combines the fragrance of fresh jasmine and tuberose with the warmth of antique-finished brass lamps. We source authentic banana stems and mango leaves to ground the space in traditional aesthetics. Whether we are transforming a small living room into a prayer space or setting up a larger venue, our goal is to create a 'temple' feel—a quiet, fragrant corner where family and the mother-to-be can feel centered.
The Details That Matter
- Floral Density: We use high-volume fresh flowers rather than fillers. The scent profile is intentional, using white mogra and tuberose to fill the room.
- Brass Elements: We utilize heavy brass Uralis and Kuthu Vilakkus. These aren't just aesthetic pieces, they are functional anchors for the ceremony.
- Custom Rangoli: Every floor design is created using fresh petals, not synthetic colors, ensuring the space remains pure and natural.
We are based in Bangalore and Chennai, but our approach is mobile and adaptable. If you are planning an intimate home gathering or a grander hall function, we tailor the floral density and structural elements to fit the specific light and dimensions of your chosen space. We are experts in working with difficult layouts, ensuring that your ceremony feels private and focused, no matter where it is held.
The Curators
We are The Curators, and we believe your Seemantham deserves to feel as sacred as the rituals themselves. We blend classic South Indian elements like fresh jasmine and antique brass with a modern, intentional touch to ensure your day feels like a blessing, not a production.
