For a major milestone, a cake isn't just dessert. It is the centerpiece of the room. When I work on cakes for anniversaries, engagements, or big birthdays, I focus on the balance between aesthetic drama and structural integrity.
My process for these larger projects often starts weeks in advance. If you are looking for a showstopper, we move away from standard fondant-heavy cakes and focus on my signature white or dark chocolate ganache finish.
