Why I Bake
I started out as a teacher, but honestly, the real magic for me is in making desserts that spark joy. Seeing someone's face light up when they open a mithai ka dabba (box of sweets) or bite into a gooey brownie - that’s the feeling I chase every day at The Bakistry.
What You’ll Find Here
I make way more than big celebration cakes. My menu is packed with creamy cheesecakes (think Motichoor Cheesecake Jars), soft-as-cloud Tres Leches in flavors like Rose Pistachio and Rasmalai, and seasonal pastries like Mango Delight. If you’re after something quick, there are brownies (Gooey Walnut, Classic Choco Chip), and cookies including our Kaju Katli (cashew fudge) version for that shagun (good luck) vibe.
For something different, I do bento cakes (Hazelnut Crunch, Red Velvet) sized just right for two. Not everyone’s got a sweet tooth, so you’ll also find Cheese Knots and Korean Buns on the menu.

Festivals and special occasions mean curated dessert hampers - all handcrafted and stuffed with a mix of sweet and savory treats. I make themed bakes for Rakhi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, and more, including heart-shaped donuts and bento cakes.

My Story
Hey, we’re The Bakistry. Started out baking for my kids, just for the smiles. I was a teacher once, but cakes stole my heart. Now we’ve got two stores in Delhi NCR, and even got a nod at the Indian Cake Awards. Baking isn’t just about sugar and flour for us, it’s about catching those little moments—Rakhi fights, birthday giggles—and making them edible. Every cake has a story, and we hope it becomes part of yours.
