About Summer Camp & Specialized Programs
This 40-day program is designed for serious progress. We don't just rally; we strip back your game to fix your stance, footwork, and grip, ensuring you have a rock-solid technical base before the high-intensity drills begin.
Our summer camp is built on the belief that a champion is made from the ground up. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the basics or a competitive player aiming for state-level dominance, this camp focuses on 'sarvangin vikas' (all-round development).
Why the 40-day structure works
We have found that 40 days of consistent, intensive training creates the mental and physical shift needed to move from a hobbyist to a serious athlete. Each session is structured with a purpose:
- Foundation Phase: We dedicate time to correcting grips, lunges, and body posture. If your foundation is weak, your game will hit a plateau quickly. We fix that here.
- Physical Conditioning: Badminton requires explosive power. Expect 20 to 30 minutes of off-court agility drills using ladders and hurdles to improve your court coverage.
- Technical Drills: Our coaches use multi-shuttle feeding to ensure you get high-volume practice on specific shots, from net play to smashes.
- Mental Conditioning: Training isn't just about physical exertion. We work on the strategy, focus, and discipline required to perform under pressure.
What you get
This isn't just about running around a court. You get a training environment that includes gym access, expert nutrition guidance, and access to on-site physio. We also hold regular internal tournaments and matchplay sessions to test your progress in real-time.
