Since 1988, we have focused on one goal: turning talent into discipline. See how our foundation-first approach builds champions, from grassroots training to national podiums.

Our coaching philosophy is built on one core principle: "Lahanpanich foundation mazboot karaycha" (Build a strong base from childhood). In this video, I explain why focusing on fundamentals like body position and stroke mechanics from a young age is the key to building a player who can succeed at the highest levels. This has been our aim since 1988.

This is what team success looks like. I am incredibly proud of our Thane District Men's Team for becoming champions of Maharashtra for the second consecutive year. This victory is a result of their unity, relentless training, and the champion mindset we cultivate at the academy.

We don't just train players; we build world-class athletes. I am proud to share that our player, Malvika Bansod, has achieved a career-high world ranking of 27. This is a historic moment for our academy and a testament to her hard work and our structured coaching program.

A champion's game is built on more than just on-court skills. This video shows a glimpse of our strength and conditioning sessions from the summer camp, which are a regular part of our year-round training. We focus on building explosive power, agility, and endurance to make our players match-fit and reduce injury risk.

Don't just take my word for it. Hear directly from our players, Aryan and Arjun Birajdar, former India No. 1 in Under-15s. They share how our focus on fitness, mental toughness, and holistic development with sports psychology and nutrition has helped them transition from general players to champions.

The future of badminton is right here. Seeing our young players like Revvant, Nia, and Anjana win gold and silver medals at the CISCE Regional Championship and qualify for the Nationals is what our work is all about. We provide the right training at the right age to help them achieve their potential.

This is the result of a decade of dedication. Akshaya Warang, our 14th Shiv Chhatrapati awardee, is a true role model. Her journey from our courts to becoming National No. 1 in Mixed Doubles showcases the long-term development and success we foster.

I believe badminton is for everyone. We are incredibly proud of our para-athlete, Harshal Mokashi, a hearing-impaired prodigy who won Gold in the U19 category at the State Para-National selection. We provide dedicated sessions to support para-athletes on their journey to the Paralympics.

You are not just booking a court; you are entering a structured training system. We follow a strict foundation-first approach, prioritizing correct grip, body position, and footwork patterns before moving to advanced drills. This is the same rigorous process we used to develop our state-winning district teams and players like Malvika Bansod, who reached World No. 27.
