Strength and conditioning are non-negotiable. Here, I am supervising a player's form during a weightlifting session to build explosive strength for smashes and jumps.
Flexibility is just as important as strength. I am assisting a player with a resistance band stretch to improve their range of motion and prevent injuries.

About Seasonal Training Camps
We don't just teach you to swing a racket here. Our 21-day program runs six days a week, pushing you with daily 90-minute sessions that combine multi-shuttle drills, agility ladder work, and heavy conditioning. By the end, you will have a post-camp evaluation to see exactly where you stand, thik hai?
At Navodaya, I believe training is just the baseline. A real player is made through repetition, discipline, and high-pressure situations. These camps aren't for people who want to stand around—I want players who are ready to put in the work, fix their footwork, and get their shots flat.
The Training Routine
Every session is planned with a specific goal. We cover:
- Technical Skill Development: Stroke correction and multi-shuttle feeding to ensure your fundamentals are rock solid.
- Physical Conditioning: We don't skip the gym. You will use resistance bands, medicine balls, and agility ladders to build the speed and explosiveness needed for competitive play.
- Mental Conditioning: Before we smash, we focus the mind. Breathing, meditation, and Om chanting are integrated into our routine to help you maintain focus under pressure.
What You Get
This is a rigorous program. You get 21 days of coaching, six days a week. We track your progress with pre-camp and post-camp skill evaluations, and we finish the camp with an internal tournament. This is where you learn to handle match stress, take your points, and play to win. You will walk away with a certificate and, more importantly, a better game.
If you want to train, you have to be serious about it. No shortcuts, just hard work.
