Agility is key in badminton. Here, my young students work on their footwork and coordination using agility ladders, a fun and essential part of our fitness routine for kids.
Doubles is all about communication and rotation. This clip shows an intense smash drill from my adult batch, focusing on powerful attacks and quick transitions on the court.
Hard work pays off! I'm incredibly proud to celebrate with my students after their fantastic performance and medal wins at a recent tournament. This is what our training is all about.
Perfecting the smash and tap is crucial for an aggressive game. In this drill, I'm feeding shuttles to help a player sharpen his attacking instincts and net-front finishing skills.
Building a strong core is non-negotiable for any serious player. My adult batch holds strong during a plank session, a key exercise we do to improve stability and on-court endurance.
It all starts with a love for the game. I make sure even my youngest players have fun while learning, creating a positive and encouraging environment at the academy.

Whether it is improving your doubles rotation, fixing your smash-tap sequence, or building the core strength needed for lunging, our training is structured to push you past your current limits.
What Our Camp Includes
We do not just hand you a racket and hope for the best. Our summer camp, held in April and May, is designed for progression:
- Technical Skill Drills: We use multi-shuttle feeding to ensure you get maximum repetitions in every 90-minute session.
- Fitness & Conditioning: Expect agility ladder work and bodyweight exercises that specifically translate to on-court movement.
- Match Play: We integrate match scenarios into every session so you learn how to apply your training under pressure.
The Facility
We train at the air-conditioned synthetic courts at Eskay Resorts, Borivali West. This matters because it provides a consistent, high-grip surface that lets you focus on your footwork without worrying about sliding or surface unevenness. We use high-quality feather shuttles for all drills, giving you the authentic feel of professional play.
Who This Is For
This camp is for anyone ready to show up. We have kids as young as 5 and adults up to 60+ training in the same space, though in separate, ability-matched groups. If you are serious about putting in the work and want an environment that is intense but still keeps things fun, this is the right place to be.
