About The TenniStation Experience
When you step onto our hard courts, you aren't just hitting balls. We prioritize high-repetition feeding to build muscle memory, paired with specific agility drills that force you to master your footwork early. Whether you are aiming for competitive tournaments or just looking to improve your game, our sessions are built around consistent, data-backed improvement and active, game-based rallies.
At TenniStation, our coaching philosophy is built on the belief that tennis is a mindset. We don't just teach you how to hit a forehand; we analyze your biomechanics, stance, and swing path to ensure you are playing efficiently and safely. Our sessions at MSSA grounds in Mumbai are structured to keep you moving, with a heavy emphasis on live-ball drills rather than just standing still.
For our junior programs, we focus on the foundation—coordination and agility—using red, orange, and green ball stages to make the learning curve manageable and fun. For adults and tournament-level players, we shift the focus to match strategy, point construction, and mental toughness. We utilize video analysis during private sessions to break down your game frame-by-frame, giving you the immediate visual feedback you need to fix errors quickly.
