Tennis isn't just about hitting the ball; it's about discipline and technique. On our clay courts in Pitampura, we drill the fundamentals—grip, stance, and serve toss—until they become second nature.

"Racket up! Ball body ke aage pakadni hai." Here I am coaching young players on their drive, giving real-time feedback to correct their form and ensure they hit with power.

A simple but crucial drill to improve the serve toss. Consistency in the toss is the foundation of a powerful and accurate serve.

"Cross court shot maaro!" A night session where players are practicing their cross-court shots. Training under lights helps them adapt to different playing conditions.

One-on-one coaching with our youngest players. I focus on teaching the correct grip and swing motion from the very first day.

A coach provides hand-fed balls to a young student to work on his forehand technique. This focused practice helps correct small mistakes early on.

A player practicing a drill to improve hand-eye coordination by balancing the ball on his racket. This helps develop a better feel for the ball.

Players practicing their forehand strokes with cones as markers. This drill helps them work on their positioning and shot placement.

About On-Court Training: Mastering the Basics

Look, if the contact point is wrong, the shot is wrong. I demand that kids catch the ball in front of their body. If their racket is behind them, they’ll never generate power. We spend full sessions just on the toss and the swing path, because if the foundation is weak, the building won't stand. 'Chal, maar'—that is the rhythm we follow.
