About Beginner Tournaments: First Steps in Competition
When you are starting out, the court can feel massive and the ball way too fast. We fix that by using Red and Orange ball formats for our beginner tournaments. It slows the game down, lets you actually build a rally, and helps you learn the game properly rather than just chasing winners.
Our Tournament Approach
We design our tournaments to be the first real step in your competitive journey. Practice is only half the story, and our events are where you find out what you are made of.
For Kids: The Beginner Path
Our junior tournaments use lower-compression red and orange balls on smaller courts. This setup isn't just easier; it’s about engagement. Kids can sustain longer rallies, develop better technique, and actually enjoy the process of competing. It’s a low-pressure environment where every child walks away with a medal, a certificate, and a sense of achievement. We even mix in fun team-building activities like tug-of-war during breaks to keep the energy high.
For Everyone: UTR Match Play
If you are looking for a verified challenge, our UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) Match Play events are the gold standard. We use the global UTR system to pair you with opponents at your exact skill level, ensuring that every match is competitive and fair. No one-sided blowouts, just real, match-quality tennis on our professional clay surface.
The Facility
All our matches take place on our three professional-grade clay courts. We have LED floodlights for evening games and a comfortable, covered seating area where family and friends can watch and cheer. Whether you are coming for the intense rating matches or a fun weekend tournament, our Kogilu facility is built for people who take their tennis seriously.
