Tennis Technique and Match Play Coaching in Noida
Stop guessing your strokes. I use detailed biomechanical analysis to fix your form and help you dominate on the court.
This is where the hard work happens. Our players are on the clay court, engaged in relentless practice, honing their serves and groundstrokes to build the consistency and focus required to perform under pressure.
A detailed, slow-motion look at the mechanics of an effective serve. I demonstrate the proper kinetic chain, from leg drive to arm extension, to help players maximize their power and accuracy.
This four-part image sequence breaks down the dynamic movement of a forehand. It showcases the proper footwork, body rotation, contact point, and follow-through that we work on to build a reliable and powerful shot.
My coaching is based on the science of movement. This explainer video details the principles of biomechanics in tennis, showing how a connected kinetic chain leads to better technique and helps prevent injuries.
About On-Court Technique & Match Play
You think you are hitting the ball right, but the camera often tells a different story. I do not just watch you play; I record your serve and forehand in slow motion to break down your kinetic chain. It is not just about swinging the racket, it is about making sure your feet, hips, and shoulders are working in sync to generate real power without hurting your shoulder or knees.
Fix Your Technique, Not Just Your Grip
Most players get stuck because they try to muscle the ball. That is the wrong way. At Way to Slams, we work on the science of movement. Whether you are struggling with a flat serve or your backhand keeps landing in the net, we look at the whole picture.
We start with the kinetic chain—the sequence of energy flowing from your feet, through your legs, core, and arm. If that chain is broken, you lose power and invite injury. Using smartphone-based video analysis, we capture your mechanics during practice. We then break it down frame-by-frame so you can see exactly where you are leaking energy.
Match Play and Strategy
Having a great forehand does not matter if you do not know where to hit it. My coaching includes tactical education—understanding court geometry and point construction. We practice situational drills to handle pressure, like serving during a tie-break or defending against a power hitter. If you are preparing for AITA tournaments or just want to beat your club rival, this is the training you need.
Where We Train
We run sessions at Bal Bharti Public School, Noida, and our main academy. The focus is always on creating a space where you can fail, learn, and improve. We mix intense drills with active recovery because smart rest is just as important as the practice session itself.
Do not just hit balls. Learn how to play.
