About On-Court Training & Drills
We don't believe in easy sessions. Our on-court training uses a strict 1:4 coach-to-student ratio, meaning you won't just stand in line hitting balls. Every drill is recorded, analyzed, and corrected on the spot, so you can see your biomechanical adjustments and footwork improvements in real-time.
Training That Produces Results
At our Sector 61 facility, we move past basic rallies. Our on-court training is structured to mimic match pressure. Every 1.5-hour session is a balanced split: 60 minutes of high-intensity tennis drills followed by 30 minutes of targeted fitness conditioning. We don't just teach you how to hit a forehand; we teach you how to hit it under fatigue, under pressure, and with specific tactical intent.
Why Red Clay?
We train primarily on red clay because it is the ultimate surface for development. It forces players to stay low, maintain patience, and build endurance. You will spend hours mastering sliding footwork, open-stance backhands, and consistent rally patterns. It is physically demanding, but it builds the foundation required for top-tier competitive play.
The Data-Driven Edge
- Technical Correction: We use video analysis to strip down your stroke mechanics. Whether it is your serve pronation or your transition from serve to the first shot, we fix the technique until it is tournament-ready.
- Match-Play Simulation: Our drills focus on critical game situations: closing out points at the net, lobs, drop shots, and handling difficult defensive balls.
- Progress Tracking: We don't guess; we measure. From our 9-year-olds using green-dot balls to our national-level aspirants, every player has a development track that gets them tournament-ready.
If you are ready to put in the work, we are ready to coach you. This is where you trade 'trying' for 'competing'.
