Learn Race Technique from a National Champion
I focus on the fundamentals—confidence, bike control, and precision. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, I teach you to ride like a pro at Aruani Grid.
This is my team. I stand with my crew and a student racer after a successful session. I believe in a strong support system to help every rider grow, from the mechanics to the coaching staff.

A quick look at the journey of a training day, from warm-ups to getting geared up and hitting the track. I emphasize that motorcycle racing is a discipline that requires physical fitness and mental preparation.
Here you can see me giving direct feedback to a rider right after a lap. This immediate, personalized instruction is a core part of my coaching method to ensure lessons are learned effectively.
About Learn from a Champion: My Coaching Method
When you step onto the track, you aren't just here to ride fast. We spend real time on body position, throttle control, and your mental game before you ever chase a lap time. I personally debrief after every session because fixing a small error in your cornering technique today prevents a bad habit from sticking tomorrow.
My coaching method is about deconstructing the racing experience. You might think racing is all about speed, but it is actually about control and understanding the physics of your motorcycle.
The Training Philosophy
- Data & Observation: I do not just watch from the sidelines. I analyze your riding. Whether it is correcting your posture or adjusting your brake markers, you get immediate feedback. We look at the 'why' behind every movement.
- Theory Meets Tarmac: My sessions blend classroom theory with hours of track time. This is not passive learning. You need to understand how your bike reacts to inputs to trust it at full lean angles.
- Mental Toughness: A racing athlete is a thinker. We work on maintaining focus under pressure. This is what separates a rider from a racer.
- Accessibility: You bring your own bike (BYOB), and I teach you to maximize its potential. We are not gatekeeping motorsport; we are opening it up for anyone in Bengaluru willing to put in the work.
Why Train at Aruani Grid?
This is a technical, 1.2km circuit that is perfect for learning lines and testing your limits safely. It provides the ideal environment for my lead-follow drills, where you can see exactly how I approach corners, braking zones, and exits. You are not just following; you are learning the race craft that helped me secure seven Indian National Championships.
Ten10 Moto Academy
I am Ramji Govindarajan. I have seven National Championships behind me, but my real work starts when I see a student nail a corner they were struggling with. I don't care how fast you are today; I care about how much better you are by the end of our session.
