When we work together on a commercial or campaign, it is rarely just about hitting the marks. I approach every project with the same focus I use for my tabla performances—listening, adjusting, and ensuring the vibe on set is as collaborative as the final result.
Many people ask if my background in Indian classical music influences how I approach acting or modeling. The answer is yes. In tabla, 'sangat' is the art of being fully present and responsive to the lead artist. I translate this exact mindset to the camera. Whether we are shooting a 12-hour commercial shift or a quick 8-hour catalog run, I am there to support the director’s vision, not just pose.
I am based in Mumbai and completely comfortable working across the metropolitan area, whether the shoot is in a controlled studio environment or an outdoor location. I have handled everything from national campaigns for brands like Sensodyne to regional print ads in Marathi, Hindi, and English. I am equally comfortable in traditional ethnic wear or casual lifestyle gear, and I come prepared for the long hours that professional production requires.
