Behind the Scenes: My Photography Process
Ever wonder what goes into the perfect shot? 📸 Here is a peek at the chaos, the setup, and the fun that happens before we get the final image.
Come with me on a shoot. This video gives you a glimpse of a typical day for me, from collaborating with models and clients to reviewing the shots live on my iPad to make sure everything is perfect.
This is what it looks like when you turn your hobby into your job. From shooting supercars to styling products in the studio, every day is a new adventure and I wouldn't have it any other way.
All geared up and ready to shoot at an outdoor festival. This is me in my element, equipped with my camera and gimbal, ready to capture the energy of a live event.
In the zone shooting the Red Bull showrun in Mumbai. Capturing high-speed action requires focus and the right gear, and it's one of the most exciting parts of my job.
A happy moment captured during a location scout. Finding the perfect backdrop is a key part of my creative process, and sometimes it takes me to some beautiful places.
Taking a moment between shoots. My camera is always with me, ready for the next shot or burst of inspiration.
Another shot from my day out, always looking for interesting backgrounds and compositions. My work is my life, and I find creative inspiration everywhere I go.
About Behind The Scenes
You will notice that on my food and product shoots, I use an iPad for real-time tethering. This means you do not have to guess if we got the shot. You see exactly what I see, right from the first frame. We adjust props, lighting, and angles together, so we walk away from the set knowing we nailed it.
My work is rarely just about holding a camera and pressing a button. Whether I am dodging race cars at a Red Bull event or obsessively styling a dessert spread in my Mumbai studio, my approach is always the same: keep it real and keep the energy high.
I treat my photography as a collaboration. When you hire me, you are not just getting a freelancer. You are getting a partner who wants your brand to actually pop. For restaurant shoots, this means we focus on capturing the soul of your space. We do not just shoot the food; we shoot the lifestyle, the people, and the atmosphere.
In the studio, it gets even more creative. I love experimenting with props—disco balls, tennis rackets, you name it—to tell a story that feels authentic to your brand. My process involves a heavy dose of trial and error, but that is where the magic happens. I bring the equipment, the lighting kits, and the caffeine, and together, we turn a basic product into something people want to eat or buy.
If you want to see how this translates to specific categories, check out my work in food styling, event coverage, or packaged product shoots. I am always down for a new adventure. ✨
