A little about me. I'm Tejashree, a wife, mother, and a passionate body transformation coach from Pune. After struggling with PCOD for 12 years and losing 8kgs myself, I now help hundreds of others achieve their fitness goals.

I believe that when a mother learns to be healthy, she can keep her entire family fit. My mission is to empower mothers with the knowledge of nutrition and wellness.

For all the women juggling countless responsibilities, remember that self-care is not selfish, it's necessary. Taking care of your own health allows you to better care for your loved ones.

About My Story: From PCOS to Health Coach

My transformation wasn't about spending hours in the gym, but about the 80% nutrition rule, specifically using our traditional 'Ghar ka Khana' to manage my PCOS symptoms. If you have been told that you must quit ghee or rice to lose weight, I am here to show you the science behind why those foods actually help your hormones recover.

At 14, I was told that conceiving naturally would be difficult due to my PCOS diagnosis. That fear stayed with me for years until I finally stopped looking for quick fixes and started focusing on my body's actual needs. Today, I am a mother to a six-year-old son, and I teach women that their bodies can heal when given the right, sustainable support.

My system at Aarogyam is not a restrictive program. We focus on three core pillars:

  • Hormonal Balance: We address insulin resistance and gut health through targeted nutrition that fits an Indian lifestyle.
  • Ghar ka Khana: We utilize staples like rice, dal, and ghee. These are not obstacles, they are tools to fuel your metabolism when eaten with the right science.
  • Mindset & Stress: Cortisol management is vital for PCOS weight loss. I help you build routines that handle stress, which is often the missing link in your fitness journey.
