We take our training beyond the dojo. This outdoor session at a local fort provides a unique environment for our students to practice their kickboxing fundamentals, building focus and discipline outside of a traditional setting.
Learning the correct fighting stance is the first step towards mastering kickboxing. Our young students demonstrate their focus and readiness during an early morning training session, absorbing the core principles of balance and defense.

About Intensive Kickboxing Training
Whether you join our 3-day residential farmhouse bootcamp or the 6-day morning city workshop, our training goes beyond simple striking. We integrate calisthenics and plyometrics to build real functional fitness, meaning you won't just learn kicks—you'll build the physical capacity to execute them under pressure.
Our Training Philosophy: The Three S's
At SSKKA, we don't believe in quick fixes. Our training is built on the three S's—Speed, Stamina, and Strength. Every session is designed to test your limits. We use high-intensity drills to ensure your cardio is competition-ready and your footwork is precise. 'Jinku Kiva Maru' (We win or we die) is our mindset; we train to give our best, ensuring that every crisis is just a peak waiting to be conquered.

3-Day Residential Bootcamp: This is an immersive, off-site experience, usually at farms in Panvel. You'll spend two nights in a distraction-free zone, training 6 to 8 hours daily. It includes full board meals and transport from our Sion/Chembur locations. It is perfect for those who want to disconnect and deep-dive into martial arts focus.

6-Day City Workshop: Designed for the busy schedule, these sessions run Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM at local grounds in Sion or Chembur. We focus on grading preparation, repetitive technical drills, and practical street self-defense modules.
Who This Is For
We welcome everyone—from children starting their journey to adults looking to refine their technique. Our inclusive environment means we train students of all abilities, including those with special needs. You don't need prior experience to join our workshops; you only need the desire to show up and work hard. Our instructors are there to guide you through every block, punch, and throw, ensuring you learn the correct form from day one.
