This is where we forge warriors. Our outdoor training sessions, like this one at a historic fort, are designed to build resilience and adaptability. Here, students practice their kickboxing stance and punches, learning to focus amidst the elements.
Discipline is the foundation of everything we do. In this Shito Ryu Karate session, I am guiding our students, from young beginners to advanced black belts, through fundamental forms. Notice the focus and unity in their posture.
Our training covers multiple disciplines for a well-rounded martial artist. This video shows a glimpse of our Judo session, where students learn essential grappling, throws, and defensive techniques for practical self-defense scenarios.
A warrior's strength comes from balance. We incorporate yoga into our camps to improve flexibility, focus, and recovery. Here, our students practice the Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) to build stability and mental calm.

Our Training Approach

- Conditioning: We use the same calisthenics and plyometric drills that our champions use, ensuring you develop genuine speed and stamina.

We hold regular classes in Sion, Chembur, and Lalbaug, creating a local hub for anyone looking to master their craft.
