About Kickboxing: Speed, Stamina, Strength
Don't expect a commercial gym with air conditioning or mirrors here. Our training takes place on standard EVA mats, focusing entirely on sweat, discipline, and real WAKO-standard kickboxing drills. When you step into our class, you are either working the pads or sparring, as we believe the best way to build a fighter is through consistent, high-intensity repetition, not just fancy equipment.
At SSKKA, we follow a simple philosophy: Speed, Stamina, and Strength. If you are lacking in one, your performance will suffer. We don't just teach you how to throw a punch; we teach you the mechanics behind it. Our curriculum is aligned with WAKO (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations) standards, ensuring that whether you are training for a state-level championship or simply to get in the best shape of your life, you are learning the right techniques.
We run sessions across Mumbai, including centers at Hanuman Seva Mandal in Dharavi and OLPS High School in Chembur. Each class is structured to be challenging. We incorporate 20 to 30 minutes of rigorous warm-ups involving calisthenics, sprints, and stretching before we even touch the gloves. From there, we move to pad work—where you learn to control your distance and power—followed by sparring sessions.
We welcome everyone, from children as young as 5 to adults. We also have experience training students with special needs, ensuring that the environment remains inclusive and supportive. As I often tell my students, 'Kadhihi thaambu naka'—never stop, no matter what crisis comes your way. That mindset is what we build inside the dojo, and it is what stays with you long after the class ends. Join us, put in the work, and become a part of our SSKKA family.
