Our training is more than just karate. We build complete athletes with intense fitness and agility drills using ladders, hurdles, and weights to improve speed, coordination, and overall strength.

About this collection
You won't find flashy shortcuts here. Every session starts with 20 minutes of intense conditioning—think agility ladders and bodyweight circuits—before we even touch a karate stance. It is hard work, but this routine is exactly why our students have the stamina to compete and win at the district and national levels.
Whether you are here for the discipline of Shotokan karate or the high-octane release of kickboxing, the training philosophy remains the same: train hard, fight easy. Our daily routine is designed to strip away the fluff and focus purely on functional strength and technical mastery.
Classes typically run for 90 minutes. We start with conditioning—agility drills, shuttle runs, and circuit work—to build the base. Once the body is ready, we move to technical drills. For karate students, this means strict kata patterns and controlled point-sparring. For our kickboxing group, it is heavy bag work and pad drills focusing on clean strikes and defensive slipping.
We train on 25mm EVA puzzle mats in our rooftop dojos at Bunder Road and Azad Nagar. It is not air-conditioned, and you will sweat—a lot. We do not hide that. This environment prepares our students for real-world scenarios and tournament heat. We emphasize progression through belt grading, ensuring that every student has a clear path from white belt to black belt.
