Our training sessions are dynamic and varied. We incorporate agility drills with cones, flexibility work, and powerful high kicks on the punching bag to build well-rounded athletes.

Our sessions are built around movements that make you stronger for daily life, not just for the camera. Whether you are learning to control a heavy bag or perfecting your knuckle push-ups, you are here to build capacity, not just aesthetics.
At AKFA, we reject copy-paste gym routines. Strength is not just about muscle mass; it is about discipline, endurance, and being able to handle whatever life throws at you.
Our Approach to Conditioning We use an industrial setup featuring EVA puzzle mats and heavy bags to replicate the reality of a fight or a tough day. Our conditioning is a hybrid of:
- Functional Strength: Using kettlebells, ropes, and bodyweight to build explosive power.
- Cardio Kickboxing: High-intensity drills that burn fat and teach you the mechanics of striking.
- Technical Drills: Partner pad work and shadow boxing that keeps your mind and body engaged.
What to Expect This is a non-AC environment. You will sweat, you will get tired, and you will work harder than you thought possible. Our batches are kept between 10 to 20 students, fostering a team atmosphere where everyone has each other's backs—from the teenager just starting out to the student pushing through their own limits. We train to be stronger than our excuses, and our community (Alhamdulillah, we are a family here) ensures you stay consistent.
