TailSpin started with a leap and a wag. My Indie girl, Mishti, changed everything for me, shifting my path from HR to dog training. This collection is a look at the force-free, reward-based philosophy that grew from our bond.

I wasn't always a dog trainer. After 8 years in HR, I followed my passion and changed careers. I have absolutely no regrets and am grateful every day that I get to help people build better relationships with their dogs.

Looking for a trainer who covers it all? From reward-based obedience and breed-specific exercises to solving separation issues and offering online training, my goal is to provide a complete, modern training solution.

I offer specialized workshops to tackle common but complex issues. This graphic is from my workshop focused on solving separation problems, where I provide a structured, long-term plan to help dogs feel safe when left alone.

Celebrating Mishti's 4th birthday with my family. She is more than just a pet; she is the reason I started TailSpin and she continues to bring out the best in us every single day.

My husband and Mishti. Having a well-trained dog means the whole family can enjoy a deeper, more fulfilling bond.

A quiet moment with my girl, Mishti. The connection we share is what I strive to help all my clients achieve with their own dogs.

Another happy moment from Mishti's 4th birthday celebration. She is a cherished member of our family.

Celebrating three wonderful years since Mishti came into our lives. She is my constant teacher and the heart of TailSpin.

It's important to keep our dogs safe during festivals. Loud noises and toxic colors at Holi parties can be very stressful for them, so the kindest thing to do is leave them at home in a calm, stress-free environment.

My four simple steps for setting your dog up for success are to praise them for listening, reward them generously, manage their environment, and always set them up to succeed. This is the core of my training philosophy.

About My Muse & My Mission

I left a stable HR career to become a dog trainer, and I have zero regrets. When I brought my Indie girl, Mishti, home, she was not just a pet; she became my teacher. I realized that the best training is not about control or dominance. It is about patience, consistency, and building a relationship where your dog chooses to engage with you. That "nimmaammam nee thinnu, nanna mamman naa thintini" (you eat your food, I eat mine) level of understanding is exactly what I aim to help you achieve with your own dog.
