About Our Space & Vibe
Every inch of our Sector 31 space is planned for safety, not just looks. We use high-quality artificial turf for safe play and maintain full air-conditioning across our indoor zones to keep your pets comfortable, regardless of the weather outside.
Walking into Tails & Coffee, you will notice it does not feel like a standard kennel. We created this space to be a true extension of your own home. Our facility features a clean, cage-free environment where dogs socialize in monitored groups, ensuring they get the exercise and interaction they need without the stress of being locked away.
For the warmer months in Gurugram, our entire indoor area is fully air-conditioned, keeping pets cool and happy while they play or nap. We prioritize safety above all else. Our staff keeps a close eye on the floor with a 1:7 supervision ratio, so your pet is never left unsupervised.
Beyond play, our center is a complete hub. You will find a well-stocked retail corner with leashes, treats, and supplies, plus a dedicated, quiet area for our feline guests to ensure they stay separate from the more energetic dogs. Whether you are dropping your pet off for daycare, boarding, or just stopping by to pick up supplies, we have designed every corner to be inviting, safe, and stress-free for both you and your furry baby.
