When we built Pet Lovers Hut in Gurugram and Chattarpur, we wanted to fix a common problem: confinement. Most boarding facilities feel like small, sterile cages, but our space is designed differently. We believe that if pets are to stay away from home, they should stay in a place that feels like a holiday, not a hospital.

Hygiene and Hands-On Care

The biggest concern for any pet parent is hygiene. Because I am on the ground from 6 AM, I ensure the swimming pool is cleaned daily and the grounds are kept waste-free. This is not a facility where staff are left alone; I am actively monitoring interactions to ensure safety for both shy dogs and the more energetic ones.
