Daycare Package (8 AM - 7 PM)
Hours & Facility
- Timing: Strict coverage from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM (11 Hours).
- Environment: Cage-free indoor access with air-conditioning and outdoor artificial turf play area.
Care & Nutrition
- Food: Includes 1 Freshly prepared meal (Chicken Rice or Curd Rice).
- Hygiene: Frequent outdoor potty breaks and paw wipe-down before pick-up.
- Supervision: Floor staff monitoring (ratio approx 1:7) with periodic WhatsApp updates.
Boarding: Cats, Puppies & Small Breeds
Accommodation
- Eligibility: Covers Cats, Puppies, Small breeds (Pug/Shih Tzu), and Medium breeds (Beagle/Spitz).
- Sleeping: Indoor climate-controlled sleeping zones with bedding provided.
- Cat Zone: Separate quiet area for felines to ensure distance from barking dogs.
Meals & Routine
- Diet: 2 Freshly cooked major meals (Breakfast & Dinner) sized appropriately for the breed.
- Exercise: 3 Leashed walks per day plus supervised play sessions.
- Updates: Daily digital updates via video or photos.
Boarding: Large & Giant Breeds
Heavy Duty Care
- Eligibility: Specific to Large (Labrador/GSD) and Giant breeds (St. Bernard/Great Dane).
- Climate Control: Priority access to AC zones essential for thick-coated heavy breeds.
- Handling: Managed by senior handlers capable of controlling physical play.
Nutrition & Fitness
- Diet: 2 Large-portion fresh meals calibrated to body weight (High protein/carb mix).
- Activity: 3 Extended walks to manage energy levels and prevent indoor hyperactivity.
- Monitoring: Comprehensive updates on temperament and appetite.

Hi, we’re Tails & Coffee. For us, pets are family, not just customers. Humari jagah (our place) is all about ‘Tails of Togetherness’—a safe, happy spot for pets and their humans. Pet parents trust us, kyunki yaha sabka dhyaan rakha jaata hai (because here, everyone is cared for).
