Practical Details
We train on professional Marley flooring, specifically chosen for its shock-absorption properties to protect your joints. This allows you to practice jumps and floor work safely.
To get the most out of your training, we recommend wearing fitted tops, jazz pants, or leggings, and proper jazz shoes. Avoiding baggy clothing helps our instructors correct your lines and posture effectively.
