I started Taglioni School of Performing Arts because jazz dance is all about finding your energy and style. Jazz isn’t stiff or stuck up - it’s expressive, sharp, and lets you move your own way. We don’t just teach steps, we help you feel confident and expressive. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner or you've danced before, you’ll find your groove here.
Jazz Your Way
- Kids jazz dance classes: We make it fun and creative for kids, with the basics, teamwork, and a dash of history so they know where their moves come from.
- Adult beginner jazz dance: You never missed the boat - we welcome everyone. These classes help you build stamina, learn new choreography, and even mix in a bit of contemporary style.
- Jazz funk dance lessons: If you’re into bold grooves, our Jazz Funk sessions with Rea Kwatra are all about attitude and commercial style.
- Commercial jazz choreography: Ever dreamt of dancing like you’re in a music video? Muskan Pathak’s classes take you straight there.
Who’s Teaching
Ankita Gupta leads most jazz batches, bringing fresh ideas from New York. Our instructors aren’t just teachers – they’re like your dance moms, rooting for you, not judging.
What to Wear
Stick to fitted tops, leggings or jazz pants, and jazz shoes. Keep your hair tied back, and skip baggy clothes and sneakers. You’ll move better, and we can help you fix your lines.
Stage Experience
Every year, you’ll get to perform at our Summer Showcase. Lights, costumes, applause – it’s honestly a rush. If you’ve never felt it, you should.

Hi, we’re Taglioni School of Performing Arts. Started with a big dream and a lot of love, we’re here for anyone who wants to dance—kids, teens, adults, all of you. No drama about age or gender, just movement, laughter, and moments where you feel alive. Our team (shoutout to Ankita, Muskan, Nimisha) is like your own dance fam. We celebrate every win, every stumble. You’ll find us cheering you on, always.
