Collaborative 3D Horror Art and Interpretations

I enjoy blending my 3D horror style with other artists' visions. Whether it is reimagining iconic scenes or creating visuals for new music, I specialize in translating 2D concepts into dark, atmospheric 3D worlds.

My fan art inspired by "The Last of Us." I designed a new type of infected creature, a "rat king" of bodies with a central, glowing mind. This piece shows my take on an established universe, imagining new horrors within its rules.

A wider shot of my "The Last of Us" fan art, showing more of the writhing mass of bodies that make up the creature. The rainy, dark blue atmosphere is a nod to the aesthetic of the game and show.

This "Antichrist" character was created for the Octabots NFT project. I designed a creature with an exposed, glowing heart and a head made of tentacles, blending religious iconography with cosmic horror.

This is the original concept art that inspired my 3D "Enchantress" model. It shows how I can take a 2D concept, like this cave painting, and translate it into a fully realized 3D character.

A slightly different edit of the "Emma" piece, created in collaboration with another artist who designed the character. This version has a subtle grain and color shift, showing how I can adapt my final render to fit a collaborative vision.

The cover art and visualizer I created for the musician TrippyMoksh. I designed a creature suffering from a glowing malignancy, running through a dark landscape to capture the "smoky dark composition" of the music.

A full-body shot of the creature from the "SLEEP?" music collaboration. This view shows the character in motion, carrying a lantern and a glowing tumor on its back, creating a narrative of a cursed journey.

About this collection

When I collaborate, I do not just build a 3D version of someone else's work. I focus on syncing with the artist to understand the narrative behind their concept, whether it is the mood of a music track or the lore of an NFT project. For instance, my work with TrippyMoksh involved creating a visualizer that captured a specific dark audio composition, while my pieces for Octabots required respecting source material like cave paintings before adding my own horror twist.

Collaborating allows me to push my boundaries. While my personal projects like 'Flicker Island' are about exploring my own lore, these collaborations force me to adapt my workflow to someone else's rhythm.

How I Approach Collaborative Projects

  • Story Integration: Before I open Blender or Unreal Engine, I study your source material. If you have a 2D concept or a raw music file, I map out how the atmosphere should feel.
  • Technical Adaptability: Whether you need a 5K cinematic still for a poster, a looping visualizer for Spotify, or a character model for an NFT project, I adjust my render settings to fit your delivery requirements.
  • The Process: We start with a 1-hour consultation to nail down the archetype and backstory. From there, I iterate on the lighting and textures to ensure the final render matches the vibe of your original project, not just a generic horror look.

Notable Collaborations

I have had the opportunity to work with incredible creators, including musicians for music festival visuals like Lollapalooza and various NFT collectives. Each piece involves creating a cohesive visual language, ensuring the characters and environments tell a story that feels grounded in your specific world. If you have an idea that needs a dark, textured 3D treatment, reach out. I am always looking for new nightmares to help bring to life.
