About Our Champions: From Pool to Podium

A medal is just the visible part of the race. To reach this level, our swimmers dedicate 90 to 120 minutes per session to technical micro-corrections, dry-land conditioning, and high-repetition drills like underwater dolphin kicks. If you are looking to take your swimming from recreational to competitive, the first step is a skill assessment to see exactly where your technique needs that extra bit of grit.
