This is what my coaching is all about: transformation. I have an in-academy gym where we run 3-4 weekly strength sessions specifically for cricket. It is not just about lifting heavy weights; we focus on explosive power, agility drills on the Maidan, and injury rehab protocols so you stay on the field longer.
