This is what my coaching is all about: transformation. This video shows the journey of my student Shaun, from struggling with his bowling action and a back injury to becoming a faster, smoother, and injury-free bowler. I focus on rebuilding mechanics from the ground up to unlock a player's true potential.

Strength and conditioning are non-negotiable for a modern cricketer. This video shows my students in the gym, working on everything from bench presses to pull-ups. I have an in-academy gym to ensure my players build the physical strength required for peak performance.

High-intensity fitness is the foundation of everything we do. This video shows my players going through a rigorous outdoor workout, including lunges, dips, running, and cool-down meditation. This training builds the stamina needed to last long matches.

I have an in-academy gym where we run 3-4 weekly strength sessions specifically for cricket. It is not just about lifting heavy weights; we focus on explosive power, agility drills on the Maidan, and injury rehab protocols so you stay on the field longer.

Train Like a Soldier, Play Like a Pro

A strong mind needs a durable body. If you want to crack the Mumbai Premier League or get selected for MCA squads, you cannot rely on talent alone. You need the stamina to last 50-over games and the explosive power for those crucial spells.

My Fitness Approach

  • Explosive Strength: We use my in-academy gym for functional training—think pull-ups, deadlifts, and resistance work that translates directly to your batting power and bowling speed.
  • Agility & Stamina: We don't just stay inside. We hit the Maidan for ladder drills, parachute runs, and high-intensity interval training. This is how we build the motor that keeps you fresh until the last over.
  • Injury Rehab: I've seen too many promising careers stalled by back or shoulder issues. I work on rebuilding your mechanics from the ground up, monitoring your load to prevent stress injuries before they happen.

I focus on movement quality first. If your biomechanics are off, no amount of gym time will save you. We get the basics right, then we build the beast mode. 💯
