How We Set Up Your Space

We know that not every party happens in a massive banquet hall. Most of our work is done in living rooms, on balconies, or at home event spaces.

Wall-Mounted Decor Our garlands use 100 to 150 latex balloons in a mix of sizes to create an organic look. Since these are taped directly to your wall, we do not need to bring bulky floor stands. This is ideal if you are tight on square footage but still want a full backdrop for photos. We use professional masking tape to ensure we do not leave marks on your paint when we dismantle the setup.

Tabletop & Compact Frames For smaller milestone birthdays or cake table setups, we use compact ring frames. These are designed to sit on top of furniture, meaning you do not have to move your dining table or clear out a corner of the room.

Planning Your Setup

• Space: Clear a small area on your wall or table before we arrive. We can work with any wall length, but a clear patch of 5-6 feet usually looks best.
• Customization: You can choose 2 to 3 colors for your balloon mix. If you have a specific foil balloon or banner text in mind, let us know at the time of booking.
• Duration: Most simple wall setups take under an hour to install. We handle the pumping, assembly, and cleanup, so you just show up when it is ready.
