Every wall I paint begins with a conversation and a sketch. Here is a look at the process I follow to turn your blank walls into art.

A simple video of me sketching and painting a blue leaf branch on a balcony wall. Even the smallest paintings start with a careful drawing.

Hello, I am Suhas Das. This video is a small introduction to me and my work. I love to paint, and it makes me happy to add a soul to your home with my art.

Here I am giving an old wooden bench a new life with a fresh coat of lilac paint to match the wall mural I also painted. I can help coordinate your furniture with your wall art.

A glimpse into the detailed work that goes into a large, traditional Indian mural covering the walls and ceiling of a lobby. This was a very big and satisfying project.

About this collection

Before I even open a paint can, I sketch the entire design on your wall with chalk. This lets us adjust the size, placement, or details together while it is still easy to erase. It ensures you are happy with the layout before I start the final painting process, making the experience stress-free for you.

When you hire me for a wall painting project, I bring everything required to protect your space. My process starts with masking skirting boards, electrical sockets, and laying down drop sheets to keep your flooring clean.

I use high-quality, water-based acrylic emulsions. These are low-odor and dry quickly, so you do not have to worry about harsh fumes in your home or office. Once the area is prepped, I start with a hand-drawn sketch. This is the most important part of my work because it allows me to adapt the design to the specific dimensions of your wall.

Whether I am working on a simple line art project for a cafe or a complex Pichwai mural for a puja room, I handle the execution personally. For larger or more detailed pieces, I might have an assistant help with the base work, but the final details are always done by my hand. I am based in Delhi and travel across the NCR, bringing my paints and brushes to your location. My goal is to finish the work with minimal disruption to your daily routine, usually taking between 1 to 5 days depending on the complexity of the design.
