Standard Residential Football Camp
Core Training Module
- Duration: 7 to 10 days of intensive scheduling.
- Schedule: Double sessions daily (06:00 AM & 04:30 PM).
- Staff: AIFF Certified Indian coaches with domestic experience.
- Activities: Technical drills, agility work, tactical board sessions, and 1-2 friendly matches.
Nutrition Plan
- 7-Meal Cycle: Full board tailored for high caloric burn.
- Morning: Lemon water hydration and pre-training light carbs.
- Main Meals: High protein breakfast, balanced Indian thali lunch, and recovery dinner.
- Snacks: Mid-day fruit, evening tea/biscuits, and night-time hot milk.
Accommodation & Logistics
- Stay: On-campus dormitory in Civil Lines, Delhi.
- Setup: Shared rooms with wooden single or bunk beds and shared washrooms.
- Facilities: Access to professional grass and artificial turf pitches.
- Kit: Includes 1 Sudeva training jersey and shorts.
Elite International Scout Camp
European Expertise & Scouting
- Coaches: Training under visiting experts from clubs like VfB Stuttgart or TSG Hoffenheim.
- Methodology: German/Austrian youth development drills focusing on pressing and positional play.
- Scouting: Direct observation by international scouts for potential selection for European tours.
- Tactics: Advanced classroom sessions analyzing European game footage.
High-Performance Schedule
- Duration: 10 to 14 days.
- Intensity: Elite-level fitness sessions with 1v1 dominance drills.
- Matches: Competitive friendlies against higher-division local youth teams.
Residential Basics & Extras
- Stay: Functional dormitory accommodation at Civil Lines campus (same as standard camp).
- Nutrition: Standard 7-meal athlete diet to sustain increased workload.
- Certificate: Participation certificate co-branded with the international partner club.

My Story
Hum Sudeva hain, Delhi se. Football humare liye sirf khel nahi hai, mission hai. Sapna hai India ko World Cup mein dekhna, simple hai, mushkil bhi hai. Jab shuru kiya, pata tha aasaan nahi hoga. Par hum rukte nahi. Spain mein club liya, taki humare bachhe Europe mein khel sake. Jab hamare ladke, chhote se bade, national team tak pahunchte hain, dil khush ho jata hai. Sudeva ki jersey pehente hain toh lagta hai sapna apna pura ho raha hai. Jai Hind!
